Water-Mist fire protection heads
From our customer's drawings we have machined complex and safety critical fire protection nozzles. Their standard range of wall mounted heads are comprised from Aluminium housings with brass nozzles and plungers.
We have also machined custom heads for use on HMS Victory and Cutty Sark to protect from arson attacks. These special heads were machined to the same tolerances and complexity as their standard heads, however the components were entirely machined from 303 stainless steel. Our customer worked on the design and on-site during the install with BAE Systems.
